L’Auberge Du Lac Hotel and Casino

The name of the game is customer service. The L’Auberge Du Lac Hotel and Casino (or LDL Hotel and Casino) has lost that game. Not only did they lose, it was a blow out. I’m sorry to beat a dead horse here, but it’s just mind boggling to me the lack of customer satisfaction that the LDL has displayed here. Also, any time anyone does a search for LDL on google or yahoo, I’m right up there on the top of the list. I want people to see my review before going to this place and know that if they have a bad experience LDL is NOT going to do anything to make it better. They apparently are not concerned with customers returning to their “resort”.

I have emailed the LDL via their website on 7 occasions. I’ve emailed them 4 times in the past 2 weeks alone requesting an email response from a manager. No such luck. I’m positive that they’ve seen my website because there are several hits from Lake Charles, LA on my web stat counter.
Again, LDL management, my friends and I went to your hotel/casino for a batchelor party. We had a horrible time due to many many inconveniences. These inconveniences were a result of the hotel/casino being BRAND new. We paid FULL price. We would like you to make it up to us by comping us a 2 night stay. After that visit, we will re-review your hotel/casino and post the review not only here but on About.com.
